The following services are included in the mentioned rates : Water, electricity, and other taxes.
The following services must be added : Stay taxe per guest and per day : 0,50 euros and final cleaning from 35 to 55 euros depending on the flat.
Extras : you can ask for the following services when booking :
- Rental of towels : 4 euros per set.
- Rental of sheets : 8 euros per bed and per replacement.
- Rental of BBQ : 10 euros per week.
Arrivals are on saturday afternoon from 17H00.
Departures are on saturday morning up to 10H00.
Please note that your booking will only be taken into account after the down payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 300 euros (by credit card or check).
